Job tasks and responsibilities
The Hardware Sales Manager is charged with being the customer's voice within our company. This position require proven communication and collaboration skills and a track record of interacting with technical, product and marketing teams. This role could be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

Job Responsibilities

This new and exciting role will see you:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the company's wide format printers, cutting plotters and laminators.

· Lead, mentor and coach the nationwide hardware technical services team to ensure outstanding client service.

· Monitor and analyse performance metrics.

· Work with marketing to ensure brand consistency.

· Develop and manage strong client relationships and regular client engagement.

· Work with marketing to specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by site visits to customers.

Skills and experience

· You will have worked for a minimum of five years for a global technology brand, preferably marketing and/or selling narrow or wide-format digital printing or sign-making equipment.

· You are an exceptional leader and communicator.

· Your thirst for knowledge means you're always trying to analyse and better understand industry and hardware development trends.

· You have may have a degree in marketing or sales and have a good understanding of the graphic design to digital print and/or signmaking processes.
