About the Role:

Due to exciting and rapid growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented Sales Manager | State to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for the effective management of external client relationships and sales driving activities, to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of key ORAFOL KPIs.

The role will focus on key accounts while being responsible for identifying and selling to their existing customer base and increasing that customer base by generating new business and new customers and managing the territory.

Skills and Experience:

MUST reside and hold valid working rights in Australia.
Experience in business to business sales of signage or graphics supplies or similar.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales, as well as business and development plans.
Ability to negotiate and close sales agreements.
Can stay focused under pressure but can step up the pace when necessary.
Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities and assignments.
You work well within a team as well as autonomously.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing a CRM will be highly regarded.
